Gemma Elizabeth Whelan (born 23 April 1981) is an English actress and comedian.
Gemma appears regularly in Game of Thrones as Yara Greyjoy and has had roles in the films Gulliver’s Travels and The Wolfman. She is also a successful comedian and in 2010 her character Chastity Butterworth won her the Funny Women Variety Act Award. On stage she played Rachel Crabbe in One Man Two Guvnors in the West End.
